Casa Claudi Alsina, facing Pl Lesseps, which was a green park when it was built, has an eclectic style that leaves no one indifferent.
A monumental French-influenced façade, facing what was then the green park of Plaça de Lesseps, runs all around the corner of the building designed by M. Corratje.
Unlike the single-family houses at the beginning of the century, multi-family dwellings were built in the 1930s. The eight floors with three apartments each (and a ground floor for commercial premises) could house up to 24 families.
