Chiayi County (嘉義縣) a southwestern region of Taiwan surrounding but not including Chiayi City. Chiayi County (Mandarin pinyin: jiā yì xiàn) is a county in southwestern Taiwan surrounding but not including Chiayi City. It is the sixth largest county in Taiwan.
