Olot is a municipality and town in the province of Girona, in Catalonia. Capital of the region of La Garrotxa, it has a population of 36,299 inhabitants. It is especially known for its places of natural interest; Not in vain all of its municipal area is within the natural park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa.
